The Public Manager and Young Government Leaders recently launched a wiki-site for collaborative authorship of articles of interest to the public management community. Young government personnel and managers with fresh perspectives are invited to use the site to incubate and inspire articles and ideas for articles in future issues of The Public Manager—a unique quarterly journal for public sector practitioners. The site's wiki technology allows multiple members to contribute to the production, review, and revision of articles in real-time, allowing for greater transparency and participation than the traditional method of individual drafting and editing. The site will demonstrate the power of collaborative technology to enable the completion of remote projects. It will cover a variety of topics related to telework and flexible work environments.
